Easy to use online order . Many available curbside pickup times. Helpful call offering alternatives when only part of produce order available. Patient & knowledgeable person’ (think it was Andrea) easy to talk to and caring about getting things right. Correct order and good curbside pickup. Soomeone took the time to fix or find four 1/2 lb pieces of Great Lakes Muenster requested if possible for the two lb order. Explanation that Indian bread not in stock but available on Thursdays was very useful. A plus you carry Jeni’s ice cream - trying it for the first time & not easy to find locally. I really appreciated getting bagels even though the database said "not available." I also appreciated the paper bags, the separate bags for oatmeal, separating cold items in their own bag, and the friendliness of the person who filled my order. (Not that that is unusual.). And, since I had forgotten to order Alter Eco Brown Butter bars, I went inside the store, too, and Mariel and Stan were very helpful with gemstones, a magic bag to put them in, and the exact right kind of CBD oil. I love shopping at Eats!
Great service. Wonderful tomatoes and cheese. Only concern: The bread from Indian Farms no longer shows it is available online the last two times I ordered, even though it was available when I phoned. Please have it listed as being available online to enable me to select it when I order. Thank you.
